Post subject:  Found good text for flakes- need help with follow up text
So this girl was all into me but then started flaking - not returning texts and whatnot. She told me she was going to be away for a few weeks so I texted her "too bad cause there's something really REALLY awesome going down this week" and she responded "lol what. I'm not leaving til sunday." Well there is nothing awesome at all going down and I clearly did not plan ahead haha. So how should I handle this?

Bmaster you got not game and you should not be giving advise:

Correct advise to get a girl you should be willing to lose a girl, she is obviously not interested, take 2 steps back, some time pass, let her text you, and show some interest...Do not text her anymore, or wait a while and start all over again from 0 somewhere along the line you lost momentum and she lose interest...

I gave up- sent a bunch of horribleness and then deleted her number so I can't text her until she gets back to me. For some reason, I can't resist texting if I have the number and end up digging myself deeper and deeper.

Good call. Be sure you don't send her the "who is this?" text when she texts you though. She'll think that her rejection of you earlier hurt you so bad that you had to delete her number (like a bad ex or something), and it'll hurt your chances a lot.

Yea I thought of that. I have the numbers backed up on my blackberry page so I can always check if I get an unfamiliar number. I sent the "who is this?" to someone I broke up with (she accidentally texted me) and felt bad. Though I deleted it cause I was clearing out numbers I didn't need anymore not cause I was hurt.

She texted back today except I didn't recognize the number and responded "who is this?" To be fair, a ridiculous amount of time has passed.
