Ok so there is a popular rule in PUA that says never to compliment a girl on natural things (Your beautiful, You have pretty eyes etc.) and that instead you compliment on artificial things, (Nice shoes, nice fake tits :-p etc.) I also have heard rules saying if your compliment, it needs to be a genuine compliment, where you arent giving it in the hopes of receiving a reaction. My question is, In the situation where lets say, your walking with a girl after class and want to get her number, you say "Ill be honest, i dont think this way about most people, but your actually a really cool girl lets hang out sometime soon, whats your number" Is this a PUA no no? Giving a compliment like that and what not. Or would it help in some way. I know ill get the number, thats the easiest thing in the world, but the friend zone is a problem of mine, so is this the wrong frame to ask for a number in? |

There's nothing wrong with an honestly sincere compliment, said with a smile because you actually mean it, not because you want something out of her or want her to like you. I open by saying I think the girl is cute / gorgeous / stunning, etc. and it works for me. In the context of having opened indirectly, you can absolutely say "hey you know what you're actually pretty cool / cute / fun, etc. we should totally hang out" and arrange a day 2 and n-close from there. In fact, the longer you wait to express your romantic interest in a girl, the more likely you will be to get friendzoned. Expressing your romantic desire to a women confidently, directly and honestly from the very beginning will only make her respect you MORE, even if she isn't interested. If she isn't, you can simply accept it and just be friends without any problem. |

thanks. Thats honestly the perfect answer. haha thanks for being direct. Honestly shes retardedly hot, but i dont think she even realizes it so well see what happens, and i can settle bein just friends with this one, although its not what im lookin for clearly haha |
