I was in my local club two days ago, and I was dancing and just generally having a good time. I seen beautiful women dancing next to me, so I smiled to her, she smiled back and we had a good time dancing. Afterwards at the bar, we had a good convo (i believe in natural game btw), and she gave me her number. But I got the feeling that we ended on a negative note. Now i think I know why it ended on a negative note: because i rushed the goodbye- but thats not my point.

Ever since i finally got myself into this game, I've realised that one of the biggest pieces of bullshit 'pua instructors' feed you are numbers. If a women gives you her number it really doesn't mean that much! I mean seriously! I called this women earlier today, and then text her as well, she hasn't replied- and i get the inkling that she won't full stop. Fair enough, I'm not going to do anything more! I get the message- and I'm not weak! And this as happened around eight times to me, it's getting to be common. Only once have I actually got a date off a number- but that was because I spent a good while talking to this women at the bar and there was just a proper connection.

Here's the conclusion: Never trust a PUA who claims he/ she can get loads of numbers; always judge your success rate by how many women you've shagged. Always!

This is why time bridging is so much more important than number closing. You could get 10 numbers in one night, chances are, at least 8 of them will flake. Building comfort and attraction, and setting up either an instant date, or a date at another time is far more important than just going out and number closing.
