Sup guys, Before we start, please note that this isn't a "get me outta the friend zone thing"... not completely. Ive known this girl for years, but I never really thought of anything between us. Lately however, we have gotten pretty close. She's very cute, with an ass that will make you drool. Basically, shes asked me to go on a trip with her, we will stay in a hostel together for 3-4 days in another city, just us two (an all the other hostel goers) for a comedy festival. I know she thinks I'm "sexy", her words, we flirt often and she refers to me as a manly, so I figure she's a little interested. Question(s) - What's the best way to figure out if she is actually interested, and not just playing? I don't want to make a move that will ruin our friendship (Why I haven't before), but at the same time Ive grown to like her and would like to turn our friendship into a relationship. Game plan - I'm currently feeling, be direct. Wait till were out having a few drinks, when we get flirty (which we do), physical contact, then just make a move. Thoughts? |

This.I was once on a roadtrip with a guy & a girl who were friends. Had never really thought of her that way. It was super hot in the city we roadtripped to and there was something about the sticky weather combined with the fuck me eyes she was giving me through the rearview mirror from the back seat that made me change my thoughts toward her instantly. I didn't make a move. Regret weighs more than taking action. But you have to be prepared for the friendship to go away if she is not reciprocal towards your moves. |

To give you an alternative perspective, I had been friends with this girl since I was 5. One time, she came to visit me from a few hours away and all of a sudden she had lost weight and looked great. We ended up hooking up despite the fact I was seeing 3 or 4 other girls. We talked for awhile after she went back down to Virginia, but the friendship had definitely taken a weird turn. We haven't spoken in years now. Figure out what you really want from this girl, and go for it. |
