I met a girl a month ago or so at a club...we danced, hit it off, hooked up. Went back to my place, made out, but she didn't want to bang-- headed home. Anyway, i had to travel (beautiful CALI) for 3 weeks, so I texted her the next day just saying " last night was fun/ did you get home/let's hang out when i get back" blah blah blah I get back after 3 weeks, give it a few more days, and texted her to hang out. She evaded the question and just texted back and forth with me for a bit...then texted me saying "shes busy for the next week so we should hang out some time after" Ok a few things 1. I just learned through this experience that some girls like to have some texting back and forth before committing on a date-- maybe im too eager, but i really hate texting so i just prefer personal meetups-- you like some it's cool, you don't no pressure never meet up again. lesson learned. 2. I get that her response means she's not interested. highly unlikely she will text me when shes not "busy." so should i leave it alone? or should i try and send something to retry the text game? why? I'm not smitten, or anything, but this girl was sexy and it urks me that i lost it for something small-- i can text if i have to. 3. If i do text, this is hard-- shes already madea decision in her head and i dont at all want to come off as desperate or corny (which i hope im not). Thoughts? |

1. Girls are emotional creatures that often live in the moment, especially young ones. If you miss your chance when the emotion and passion is hot, as you did initially, often it makes the second meet up harder then it would have been if you didn't do shit with her. 2. You don't know her logistics. She can like you or not to varying degree but there could be some other guy in the mix, she could be depressed or feeling fat, her parents may be enforcing Sharia law in her house now; you just don't know. 3. Texting a lot before the meet up builds rapport but normally erodes attraction, so unless you fucked this chick already, which you have not, I've found it a counterproductive policy. Juts text ping this girl in a couple weeks to check in with her. Her logistics may change and you may get in. Don't get your hopes up. |

What? That doesn't make any sense. All girls want a little bit of connection before dating you to make sure you're not a nut or a creep... I have no idea what you wrote here though (re-read it... seriously - I have no clue).lesson learned. Quote:

That is exactly what her response and subject change means... She likes the attention. so should i leave it alone? or should i try and send something to retry the text game? why? Find a girl who actually wants to date you. They're everywhere. |
