Ok so trying to get over that oneitis from last week.

met this brazilian girl. opened their group of 5 in the club and singled her out. every tom dick and harry was trying to get talking to them.

I got in and got one of their numbers.

ok so its a bit random how I got the number but I'm wondering is this a bad thing.

I got talkin and she said she was looking for a good job. was working as an aupair but wants better. I bigged myself up and told her a speel whcih is true that I can help in finding her a job.

so my question is... how do I turn this into a date and not just some friend zone helping her out nonsense... i'm willing to help but i want it clear shes DTF

You have put yourself in an awkward position now. Before you mentioned that you could help her with getting a job, did she show any signs that she wanted to meet up? To me it seems the main reason she agreed to go out with you is because you offered to help her finding a job. This is NOT a date.

In my opinion you should still meet in any case but do not attempt to do anything. If you start flirting straight away she will realize that the only reason you offered to help her was so that she would agree to meeting up so that in turn you could attempt to get in her knickers (which, lets be honest, is 100% true). Make the first 10-15 minutes or so informal chit chat, then move on to the reason why you actually met up (her job search). Finish off the thing with a bit more informal talk and if she is interested she will ask about you and carry on the informal chat. The only time you are allowed to use kino is at the end of the meeting when saying goodbye (if you see that she is interested give her the mediterranean kiss on the cheek).

In future, if it seems that the situation is going nowhere DO NOT use something like "I will help you, I will get you, I will show you how". All you are doing is showing desperation.

very good points. i called her today and she sounded pretty keen on the phone. invited her for drink saturday so I'll treat it as friendly chat and see if I can work it from there.

i wanted her number and I was thinking of how to get it and then I stooped to the job help line lol. lame but I have the number and hopefully can work on it
