Post subject:  Didn't close at end of day... Advice?
Background: I worked with this girl for about 3 years, a lot of friendly flirting and kino happened in this time, but we were both seeing people. I got a new job but was still invited to the old job xmas party. Kissed the girl that night. She came to my house boxing night (26th dec) and came out with me and my friends. Kissed her again obviously.

I texted her on sat night and what she was doing Sunday. She text back giving me a run down of her day.. So I said cool, if ur free in the evening I'll pick u up and we'll do something fun. She agreed.

I didn't tell her what was happening, took her bowling, and said the winner picks the movie and the loser pays. I paid for 2 games, didn't let her win. After she said let's go again and she paid for more. She 'won'. We had dinner and I didn't finish it, she said half I even eat better. Anyway took her home, no kiss. She jumped out the car as soon as it stopped and flashed me a smile.

Came up to a facebook post 'see I can kick ur ass at anything :-P'

Was the no kiss just part of her kicking my ass or should I be worried it's a 'let's just be friends'??

Should have kissed her right away. That's your responsibility.

Again, it's YOUR responsibility. She doesn't give you kisses, YOU KISS HER.

So don't worry about it yet, sounds like she had fun. Ask her out again and don't pussy around with this one, treat her like you would a girlfriend.

The first thing I should do next time is kiss her then? As soon as we meet. And say that's you making up for the last time?

I haven't mentioned the 'no kiss' and I'm not going to, seems afc to talk about it.

I´d greet with a kiss. Look her in the eyes when approaching her. You can hug first, that will probably be easier. Aslong as she isn´t being stiff and cold however, you should greet with a kiss
