Met a girl at a bar last weekend. We had a strong connection, I got her number, and we kissed on the lips. We then met up again the next morning at a bar before a football game, and we had another really good conversation. A small hurdle seems to be that she lives 90 minutes away. I called her yesterday seeing if she wanted to drive up to my place and watch a basketball game (she and I both love the same team). She said that she was busy, but if her schedule opened up, she would let me know. I also said that if she's ever available, I have extra tickets to basketball games all the time. So, I wasn't able to setup another meeting. How should I proceed forward with this girl? Do I call her again in a week or so and try to arrange another meeting? |

That's a tough call man. Unless you created a realllly strong connection with this girl, the location factor could go against you. Think about it, if a girl asked you to hang out, how willing would you be to drive 90 minutes? You might have a chance a month or two down the road, but probably not at this moment. |

Thanks Vietman. I was afraid that you would say that location was going to be a problem. I agree that it is a hurdle. I would say that I created a really strong connection, though. I really like this girl, and I know that she will be back in my neck of the woods at the end of this month. Would it be a good idea to try and reconnect with her then? |

I think so. I would suggest sending a text every week or so just to keep the attraction alive, and then about a week before you plan on asking her out give her a short phone call. If you play your cards right, she won't be able to refuse. Good luck man, keep us updated. |

I'm thinking it might be over with this girl. The distance makes things pretty tough. We had been exchanging texts for the last couple of weeks, and I talked to her on the phone twice as well. Seemed like all was going well. When we talked on the phone earlier this week she said she was going to be in town Saturday visiting some friends, and she would probably be at some bars downtown. I told her to let me know where she was headed, as I am usually in that area. I didn't hear anything from her last night. Do you think it's time I move on? On a side note, I did get some good sarging in last night, so don't worry about me! |
