Post subject:  Length of texts?

So I'm talking with this new chick that apparently REALLY loves to text. I'm probably over-thinking this so if it's stupid, my apologies...but she constantly sends super long texts with like three or four different things to respond to.

How do you guys deal with girls like this? Should I pick just a few topics and focus on that?

Thanks!

situation? if she out of town for a long time? if not don't focus on text game. It's only to establish a bit of attraction/rapport then go for the day2 or w/e. Reason for this is simple, you don't want to fulfill her need of socialization with you over text.

Yeah, that's really the issue. We met over NYE through friends. She's about 3 hours away and given our social circles we will bump into each other probably sooner rather than later, so I'm wondering what's the best way to keep attraction without as you say "filling her need for socialization with me" over text.

This girl is literally texting me close to all day everyday. I've tried being as busy as possible, but should I still try and pull back maybe even a little more to get her wanting to meet up again or something?

Thanks.

I'm in the same situations, but I've found.. not too longer texts, try and slip a joke in there, try and make her laugh if possible, and just keep her attention.

I wait for her to text me rather than text her and also don't agree with everything she says, I've found that not so much making fun but like just making a little joke out things is good. ;) Make jokes about yourself as well, don't make it feel like you're picking on her.

And when asking her out have a plan in mind, as you'll nearly always get the response 'i don't mind' from a girl over text if you say do you wanna do something soon, or 'i'll let you know' is pretty much code for, i can't be bothered.
Say: "Hey, I was planning on hitting the cinema tonight, but my friend bailed on me. Fancy tagging along?" Or "I've got 2 tickets for the movie tonight, wanna be my +1?" Something along those lines... I'm not gonna pretend i'm and expert! lol but hope this helped!

I was in the same situation before. This chick will text me to death from morning to night. But it was her way of communication as she is a very busy girl and we work in the same company.

I'm no expert but I always keep the conversation interesting with some teasing and light flirting. To me texting is just emotionless but depending how you play around with words, you can make a girl smile or laugh in front of her phone. Afterall texting requires imagination as you won't be able to see, feel or hear her voice.

Here is an example.

Me: How many ex boyfriends u had b4?
Her: 3
Me: How long the longest one last?
Her: 6 months
Me: Lol
Me:Kk
Me:Lol
Me: Kk shhhhhhh
Her: Omg u must be laughing your ass out
Me: What? How do u know? U installed a spycam in my room?
Her: Haha. I know you are either smiling or laughing
Me: Might be crying... Laughing so hard till I'm crying
Her: Haha. I knew it!
Me: I bet you are smiling or laughing. Your cheeky smile of yours
Her: Laughing and tapping my fingers on the floor Haha

Hope I helped!
