| Post subject: | Sexual From Second #1 -- Direct Game |
So, as anyone who's familiar with my posts knows, I am interested in developing my direct approach. Asking for opinions, entertaining the lady, peacocking -- those things have worked for many PUAs. But these tactics are all, well, tactics. "Gaming" women. I'm not much interested in gaming a woman as I am in ATTRACTING A WOMAN SEXUALLY. In any case, that's where my thinking is right now. I made a semi-direct approach today in a Border's I happened to be in (if you like books, or just nearly-free shit, I'd recommend stopping in -- clearance sales all across the U.S. of A). I had just picked out a marked down book "500 Kisses" (interesting read so far, emphasizes the art of kissing to build sexual tension). Walking to the front counter, I saw HB 7 with her back to me, looking at a shelf of books. I approached. Me: "Tell me something," I say as I pull up beside her. She looks over at me. "Do you think books like these help with your technique?" (Here, she looked down at the book, saw the title/theme, and her face jumped. In shock, which she quickly masked. HB: Shoulder shrug -- "Idk." Me: "You don't know? Let's see (as I flip to a random page in the book), read this right here. . . (as she reads it, I ask her) is that something you would enjoy? When I asked her this, I saw her eyes go slightly up, as if she were actually imagining something, or recalling something. Then she brought them back down, and said, "Yeah." Then I made a comment, "Hey, there are some more of these in the back, I didn't get the last one." She laughed. My humor is a blessing and a curse. Here, I think that it diffused the sexual tension I had built up through direct approach, eye contact, and my low, gravely voice. She went on to say that she was there to pick up a book for her sister, a picture book. Another missed opportunity, because it would've been fun to say, "What are we waiting for? Let's go find your lil sis a picture book!" I had already showed my sexual side, with a fun side I would've became a complex, interesting guy. As she was saying all this, she gradually began inching toward another section of the store. Somebody crack me over the head with a splintered 2-by-4 the next time I go completely kino-less. At first, I was wondering whether that was a bad thing, since the sexual tension spiked immediately when I opened her. But, I think that it is an important way to build comfort. Thoughts on my "PU" philosophy. I see my approaches as a two-fold process -- 1.) Approach in a way that MAKES INTENTIONS KNOWN 2.) Transition into EXPLORATION of her as a person, while maintaining that original sexual tension. Any feedback much appreciated. Yours truly, -H!j!nx |

Yes. FOR GOD'S SAKES MAINTAIN SEXUAL TENSION. Don't have anything in your mind but sex and let that show through the way you speak. "Sex, sex, let's have sex." Try it. |

Personally, I liked your little break from the sexual tension. Depending on the girl, I find that a "cycle" of sexual tension works best for me: Tension, Release, Tension, Release, Tension, Go for the kill. If you continued to push with the sexual tension, she might've written you off as the " creepy guy in the bookstore who tried to hit on her". That being said though, you totally should've kept it going! |

AKyutie, ur wisdom is undeniable. Also hardgamer, that makes a lot of sense, I'll keep that in mind. |
