I field tested each of these pleanty of times, and they work like a charm everytime. Also, don't forget to neg and DHV through out the conversations. Victoria Secret/Women's Clothing Store- "Hey, I was wondering if you could help me out. My Ex-G/f's birthday is coming up, and I need to get her a gift. I don't want anything too sexual, because, she keeps trying to get back together with me, but I just want to be friends. Cuz we went out for 2 years..." And then basically turn the conversation from your ex-g/f into the hired gun for example: "What gift would you think would be best?" "I need to figure out something to do, what would you suggest we should do?" "What kind of stuff do you like to do for fun?" "What kind of music do you like?".... etc. Gotta love them Victoria Secret workers Girl's Clothing Store- "Hey, I was wondering if you could help me out. My cousin's 13th birthday is coming up, and I thought it'd be important to get a her a gift to feel more grown up. After all, she will become a teenager. What would you suggest?" And then turn everything geared towards the hired gun. "What kind of stuff were you into at that age?" "What was your favorite birthday present?" "Do you remember your 13th birthday?"...etc. Guy's Clothing Store (Hollister, American Eagle...etc)- "Hey, I'm going on a blind date in a couple of days, and need some new threads. What kind of clothing should I get?"And you turn the "girl" you're going on the date with, into the hired gun. For example you can say: "I still need to figure out what I'm going to do with her, what sort of thing would be good in this kind of situation?... What do you like to do for fun?" "My friends told me to maybe take her to a concert. What type of music do you like?"...etc. If anyone else has anything to add feel free. |

I like em. My only problem is with asking her what you should be wearing, I think that I would rather ask them what they think of that item, just so that I'm not DLVing myself by looking for her to dress me. |

When she suggests something to you, you could be like "Naw... I was thinking somewhere along those lines" *points to item of clothing* Cuz in a way you are baiting them, and then negging them.

Yup, and it's also key to change the subject when they try to sell you the item. Simply say "I'm just looking to get an idea of what the options are..." if she asks how much you are willing to spend. |

How about, "So now that you've picked out the clothes for our date, I'll pick you up at 6pm tomorrow." |
