| Post subject: | Help with the club game! |
I very new to the PUA and am still trying to learn the basics. From what I have read picking girls up in a club can be quite difficult, especially if it is a "meat market". From what I have read it shouldn't be to hard for guys who can dance.... Anyway, cockiness aside. I am an excellent dancer. I do I lot of funny routines and am an expert crip walker (Im white btw). Additionally, people say I am a decent looking guy. This brings me to my problem. I go to the club with my friends and still can't manage to pick up women. What are some suggestions for getting women? I have heard the key is to stand out which I do through my dance skills, but I don't know where to take it from there. Side note: I do get attention from some women and we make strong I contact. When this happens I walk up to them but Im not really sure how to open. Should I just start dancing on them or should I try and talk. If this is my only way to get women I am basically relying on them to make the first move (strong eye contact), how can I innate with women who don't notice me? |

Mate I'm on the same page, To help with the opening have a look at the post I wrote (it should be in most recent activity on my profile.) I think that club game has been neglected as it is generally accepted as being a hard place to game. Therefore it has a lot of room to develop as well. I think deffinately go out with a prop - hat/ sunglasses. Let your actions do the talking for you. Wilheim. |

From reading your post, here is how you can fix couple of issues. #1. I notice you say you do lots of funny routine. You don't constantly wanna be funny. Is good for first couple of minutes, but after there attracted to you and your constantly being funny, you become the "entertainer." That being said, if some thing funny just happens to come out, go with it. But you need to mix bunch of elements to your game besides being funny. Be sexual, built comfort, qualify, etc... Girls don't get wet around just funny guys. They keep them around for entertainment value, if they do. #2. Fancy dance moves at night club also does not make girls wet. It's more like your trying to show off. Look up Brad P. if you can and how he does dance floor game. For me, I don't start on the dance floor. I open, have a conversation for about 15 minutes minimum, then move to dancefloor. I am not busting out fancy moves. I just built a lot of sexual comfort for while, then grab a drink, and continue talking. #3. Don't look for strong eye contact to open. Your gonna look like a creep who is bored. Instead, see a girl you think is cute, and open. If there is nothing to open, have a fun time hanging out with friends. #4. There are tons of openers here. Pick 2 and no more, and use them. #5. Yes, cold approach pick up is hard. No matter how good you get, your never gonna hook up with 100% of the girls you talk to. However, with practice, you can get your ratio up. For example, when I first started, I would close about 1 girl out of 100 I would talk to. Now (2 years later), I am closing 1 out of 5. Practice does not make perfect, but it will make you better. |

Chopped this post up to make my points. Quote: #1.You don't constantly wanna be funny. If you've ever seen Mystery's Vh1 show, in the first episode a guy tries to open girls by breakdancing. Yeah, they love the entertainment, but they have no connection.

If they want to dance, show them that you can really dance, and that'll increase your value a lot in their eyes. Dancing is mostly for kino though, touch them a LOT and comfortably. #3. Don't look for strong eye contact to open. Your gonna look like a creep who is bored. Instead, see a girl you think is cute, and open. If there is nothing to open, have a fun time hanging out with friends. Ehhh kinda. Girls will telegraph interest with looks. If she wants you to approach, she'll make it known with eye contact. That said, you do have to open, and eye contact is not necessary to do so. #4. There are tons of openers here. Pick 2 and no more, and use them. Fair advice. Maybe have a couple more not fully memorized in the back of your brain? They can be helpful to reignite a conversation #5. Yes, cold approach pick up is hard. A few random bits, being a good dancer wont automatically get you girls (most of the time). While you're dancing if a girl gives you a look I would suggest put your hand out as if to say 'come and dance'. She shouldn't be rude but she might be too shy and you can say something like "whenever your ready honey" and kind of laugh it off and carry on laughing with you're mates. If you see a girl, don't try and impress her with your dancing skills, you need to go and open like anyone else, which can be difficult with the noise and the pace on the dancfloor. You're probably gonna have to be using short/sharp comments. I think club game is good at the bar, as you get a drink there will be girls all around you approaching YOU (the bar), just go for any old over the shoulder opener. |

Do you not find that limits your time to build comfort? For me I find that I can have a good convo, they get there drink and they are off. Having said that I am an extremely boring person |

As someone else pointed out... definitely consider wearing a hat or something, from experience it does wonders and you will find girls opening YOU, and boom that's step one made a heck of alot easier. Try to be a fun as you can, look like you're just having fun in your own world and not looking like you're TRYING to impress. Keep that smile on your face and if you get opened, try a little teasing (calibrated of course). I find for club game, looking at Mehow's style is very good because his openening style is easy to learn and doesn't involve too much of having to remember canned openers as it's based more on basically saying HI! in a really fun way and teasing. In my view that will give you a good start. |
