| Post subject: | When a woman initiates kino |
I'm sure I'm not the first guy to think of this, but I am proud to say that I at least came up with it on my own, as I am new to the PUA scene. The last 3 months or so, I've been reading some PUA literature and as a result, I've been kicking myself for not taking advantage of situations in the past where women were blatantly sending me signals through kino, or even verbally that they were attracted to me. Of course, I didnt know then what I know now... A handful of times in the past few years, there have been some women who would be touching my hand(s) a lot during a casual conversation, or she would place her hand or her head on my shoulder for an unusually long period of time. Of course, I did suspect that she might have been attracted to me, but could never figure out how to proceed. So if this should happen to you, here is what I recommend: If a target does any of these things to you, simply tell her something like "You know, that kind of physical contact might send some guys the wrong signals." You dont really risk anything by saying this - you're not flirting or giving her a compliment. She will most likely respond in one of two ways, 1. If she's not into you, she will say "Dont get any ideas." or something to that effect. 2. However, if she IS into you, her response will be more neutral: "Yeah, well, whatever, blah blah blah" GAME ON!!! Because, lets face it - a woman, particularly an attractive woman, will never tell you straight up that she's into you, no matter how "into you" she really is, at least not on the first day/night you meet. So, if you get the latter response, it's just as good as if she gave you explicit permission to make a move! I would be intersted in someone else's take on my theory, and I would also certainly be willing to listen to other theories on this subject. |

If a girls gives IOI's (laughing, kino, eye-contacts), then she's into your game. You have to reward her given IOI's, by given back IOI's. There is no need to talk about the touching/kino. Sometimes the girl herself is not aware she is touching. Or when she knows she is touching you, she would not appreciate it if you make a big deal out of it. Never confront a girl with her behaviour! Girls don't like to be confronted. They know when they are teasing, and they know you know. But no one should speak up loudly, then the game is off...... |

That's a good point. I didnt think of it that way, but I still think it's a good idea for AFCs to take heed of my advice in case they arent sure of exactly when it's okay to escalate things. Besides, I wouldnt really call it "confronting" her about her behavior. It certainly would be if you were dead serious looking her in the eye and calling her out on her moves, but if you do it in a more casual, playful way - not looking at her at all, I think you could get away with it. |

You are right about rewarding her for IOI's, but you must combine IOI's with IOD's.There is no need to talk about the touching/kino. Sometimes the girl herself is not aware she is touching. Or when she knows she is touching you, she would not appreciate it if you make a big deal out of it. Never confront a girl with her behaviour! Girls don't like to be confronted.
