Hello everyone, how are you doing? A friend showed me Magic Bullets and I got so interested in the "Day Game" session that I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, it seems I'm doing something really wrong. I tried to approach 5 women with a screening opener and failed. That wouldn't be bad if not for the fact that two of them said I was creepy. Here's how one the interactions went: I was leaving a bath products shop at the mall, just after lunch, when I noticed a pretty blonde girl sitting alone at the bench in front of the shop. She noticed me and we held eye contact. Me: "Hi. [Sit next to her, trying to look relaxed] I was going to go back to work, but I decided that I can take 10 minutes to find out if you are an interesting person. So, what's your story? She: Ok, that was... creepy. [looking a bit scared] Me: Oh, sorry for that. [Got up and walked away] So, was it just bad luck or was that opening really creepy? I asked two female friends after and they said it WAS creepy. |

I don't think it was creepy, but definitely not as smooth as it could be. I also wouldn't have gotten up and left after she said that, just take whatever comes and try to reframe. One of the greatest things you can learn in PUA is to never let what any girl says bother you, just learn how to reply to it and flip it into something that works for you. I think a small variation of your opener might work better, try "Hi, I know this is really random but I was on my way back to work and you really caught my eye, I figured I had to take an extra minute to come talk to you or else I'd be mad at myself all day." |

That sounds a hell lot better than mine Sparrow. As for the reframing, I have no idea what I could have said after the "creepy" comment that would have fixed it. |

Something simple, like, well everyone's a creep until you get to know them. and then continue on, don't wait for a response. |

How about accepting denial and pushing harder to convert the situation? Me: "Hi. [Sit next to her, trying to look relaxed, smile] I don't want to scare you, i'm not a freak or a mugger. I was going to go back to work, but I decided that I can take 10 minutes to find out if you are an interesting person. So, what's your story, other than the good looks? She: Ok, that was... creepy. [looking a bit scared] Me: Ok, one question though... Who is the lucky guy? Do you have a bf, fiancee, lover? She: blah blah [or she tries to stand up] Me: Are you happy in life? She: blah blah Actual point is to get her to talk and move away from opening phase quickly, also by quickly attacking her emotional world in a funny way |

Screening openers are creepy. "hi i am a complete stranger who you have absolutely no rapport with yet im asking you to qualify yourself." They are highly unpopular for a reason. It could work but you need absolutely solid body language. I have personally never used a screening opener unnaturally. Besides in daygame women are often taken by surprise, adding another broad question "tell me your story." Is just going to make them react defensively unless they are extrmely socially comfortable. Day game you either go situational indirect, as in really situational or it wont be believable and it will come across creepy/ or you can go direct playful, dont go direct sexual eg. "hi i was walking and i saw you were really cute and i thought ill kick myself if i didnt say hi." Masters could basically say anything and make it work, but you have to put into account that you are still learning the ropes so try to stick with the sciencw for now. |

2 things you have to take into consideration is your vocal tonality and body langauge when opening. On top of that, your style. As far as your opener goes, screening right start can go well. But you have to start with something small. If your gonna start with something huge, you better have good social value. I use to same opener over and over. When I am not in state, it's not opening. Once I hit state, same opener just does wonders. Point is, I am projecting good body language and vocal tonality when in state. Words only communicate 10 %. |
