| Post subject: | Vet girl |
Met a girl at the gym, talked a bit, turns out she is friends with a bunch of my friends. Added her on facebook, saw that she is a veterinarian. Taking my dog to see her for routine shots, etc this week. Would it be tacky to ask her if she wants coffee when I bring my dog in to her job? Should I call her the next day and ask? Or should I just feel it out and go with the flow? |

Going by your reputation, you should already know the answer. |

I dont post on here much so I'm not sure if that was a sarcastic remark regarding my "reputation" or not...anyone with anything sensible to say regarding my post? |

Unless you are really interested in her professional services, I would say you have nothing to loose.. When you go there, I suggest you'll have a small chit chat in which you'll tell some DHV stories, and then ask her "on the way" , like it just popped into your mind - "Hey, talking to you is kind of interesting, but I really need to hurry to (work, school, etc..) , why don't we continue this conversation on a pint of Guinness?" |
