how would i go about picking up my co worker with out making things akward in my workplace any tips? |

Hey man its not that hard, it just take time. A huge thing is how the other workers see u. You want to make sure they like u/ think your cool, etc. Joke around with her and tone the flirting down to a 2. Finally, invite her and your other coworkers to a happy hour.... Then its normal game |

The key is to get her out of the work enviroment, like axtion said a work outing is the easiest way to do that. In the work place try to be flirty with everyone there, for example I recently started calling one of the women in my work (who's like 50) "my sweet", in anticipation of her daughter starting there next week (HB9 at least for me) as well as 1 or 2 other girls in work I've been flirting with. Just remember one thing though, there's a fine line between banter and harrassment! Just be careful not to lose your job over it (I've seen that happen in the past) |

From experience the key is also isolation. Find an excuse to have a coffee break together (alone of course). Then do lunch breaks together. Go off-site for the odd lunch break. These are all like mini-dates. Be very careful not to fall into the friend zone! What worked for me was that I'd talk about moving on and leaving the company to further my career. This displays ambition on your part for better things and also subtly tells them they'll only have you for a finite time. Good luck mate! |

Yeah the alone time works great out of the office. Ambitions are huge to. Getting a promotion is another great one |
