usually i hear them saying something like damn that girl is such a ho or something like that and i usually comment back saying something like OMG WHO I WANNA TALK TO HER. or something like that after commenting on their conversation what should i follow up next with? |

Listen to what they say and how they respond. Use what they say and their reactions to come up with something to say next.Otherwise, do a cold read or an opinion opener (even though you no longer need an opener, the opinion question could still keep the convo moving). |

Jumping in the convo can work at times...I don't think you should say what you want to say though...it would make them think that you're rude and creepy lol |
