So me and buddy me and buddy decided to open up a couple sets earlier to tonight. We are both good looking dudes that get IOIs from girls all the game. We both have quite a bit natural game as well.
We had opened up a couple sets earlier that night and we were feeling good. This is college campus setting, as we are both college students. We are leaving starbucks at around 10:30 pm and we see these HB 7s sitting on bench in the common area of campus outside. We make the decision to approach. My wingman did the opener.
Wingman: “Hey guys, I got very important question. Me and my friend have been having been arguing about this for a while and we need a female perspective…Do you brush before you floss or floss before you brush? (We had success with this opener earlier that night…IT WORKS)
HB 7 – 1: “I do not floss.”
HB 7- 2: “Me neither but if I did I would probably floss before I brushed teeth.” She said with a smile.
HB 7-1: “No…flossing for getting the little stuff out of your teeth after you brush. But I do not know.”
Afroman170: “Neither of you floss!!”
HB 7-1: “Well lets see your teeth and we will determine from there.”
Both me and my wingman smile and they comment on how nice of teeth we have.
Wingman: “These teeth come from flossing”
HB 7-2: I definitely think you floss before you brush
I high five HB 7-2 to reward her for agreeing with my preconceived stance on the topic. We proceed to neg the HB 7s on views about flossing. We receive many IOIs such as laughter, keeping of eye contact, and they seemed fully engaged in the conversation.
My wingman introduces himself. We all exchange names. They tell us they both are from Philadelphia. I try to show connection by mentioning my sister went to school in Philadelphia. I neg them on how shitty and dangerous of a city Philadelphia is. (I cannot remember exactly what was said so please bear with me. ) I said I would never want live in Philadelphia. They challenged me by asking where I was from. I told them I was from Princeton, New Jersey. It turns out I went to High School with her roommate and sorority sister. I told them I was not proud to be from New Jersey due to how it is portrayed on the TV show the Jersey shore. They both said they loved the Jersey Shore. Me and my wingman negged them hard for this.
At this point, they are still fully engaged and want continue the conversation. However, me and wingman are having trouble stealing the frame and escalating kino because we are both standing up while they are sitting down because that is the way we originally approached them.
From here the conversation transitions toward pointless television. I relate my experiences at the Jersey shore to the show and how dumb the actual show is. I told them the Jersey Shore is almost as poiuntless the Bravo network television which they are both use huge fans of. We also neg them hard for this. We transition toward the differences between guys and girls in interests. We continue to neg and relate to them. We talk about the movie The Notebook, Twilight, and Harry Potter while we continue to neg about their interests. The HB 7s are eating this up.
Here is where we mess up. Instead of turning the convo toward relationships and sex, we let the girls choose the way of the conceversation. The conversation begins to stale out. We notice less IOIs as well. We talk about random things for the 15 minutes. They still seem engaged in the conversation. They end the convo, saying that they have to go. We did not ever number close. Thoughts?
