Post subject:  We Got Shutdown...Hard

To all the newbies getting all scared about opening for the first few times, this happened to me and my wing last weekend...
We have been gaming now for maybe 2 years so we have approached alot of sets, but this was the worst we've ever been shut down

There was a 3 set (HB9's) standing by the door of the club which we thought looked like a decent set to open, so we walked past and over the shoulder we delieverd our opener, something about calling or texting bla bla bla, When the girls just looked at us, told us we look desperate then just walked straight passed us in the opposite direction.

Me and my wing just looked at each other and started pissing ourselves laughing saying how its the worst rejection we had ever had, it was seriously the only thing we could do.

But to all the new guys out there, dont let it get you down, you will get shutdown, Its going to happen. Also your probably never going to get rid of your AA its always going to be there, you just learn to push through it. But when stuff like this does happen dont take it to heart. Hope you find some comfort in the fact that even people who have been doing this for a long time still get shutdown

that reminds me of a story one of my buddies told me awhile back, he is a great PUA and has turned down girls in the past. So we are at a bar a girl approaches him he isn't that interested so he ends conversation with her and does his thing for the rest of the night. Fast forward a week or so he is at a bar near his job with a few coworkers girl comes up yells "what where you doing at the other bar?! you are too old to go there!" (mind you he is 26) and threw a drink in his face.

He was fought through his initial shock and just laughed the girl out of the bar. Just goes to show no matter how long you have been doing something you can still be surprised by oddball moments lol.
