At the moment a HB touches the pup I would pick it up, shield it with my arms, look offended and say something like "Dont do that to him! How would you like it if a stranger like me walked up to you and start touching you all over the place!?" accuse her and have a little fun and if she responds well reward her by letting her touch the pup in your arms and get her close to you. You can do alot of fun tricks with it if you ask me (teach her how to REALLY stroke the pup) yadayada.
I would probably try something like that
