| Post subject: | MY BIGGEST PICKUP PROBLEM |
the problem i have with picking up chicks or going to clubs is fear of running into mindless thugs. i have had bad experiences in the past, and i know picking up random girls and going to clubs put you in a higher risk of getting assulted. it creates a form of AA but rational fear. am i being understandable? any advice? |

If your getting into fights then i assume your handling the AMOG wrong. If your scared of getting attacked for talking to the wrong girl then this is AA it is what Mystery calls 10% of AA because when we were in tribes if you approached the tribal leaders GF he would find you and he would kill you, Or he would get his friends to come and kill you. Simple as. Therefore its hardwired into our brains to fear the approach as you may be approaching the tribal leaders woman and your health may be at risk. This is why its key that you don't show interest. If your throwing Negs but still being nice she wont go to her BF and tell him to come and hurt you as your not hitting on her. Many girls don't like the drama so they wont want you to get hurt especially if you are entertaining her friends. You need to learn some AMOG tactics so that if a guy interrupts you can either make him your friend or tool him. Heres some examples of what i do to AMOG AMOG- Yo are you hitting on my gf? Me- Ohhh no dont worry shes not my type although she is nice..well done. I was just asking your gf (Include him in the conversation you were having) AMOG- Are you hitting on my gf? Me- *Camp Voice* Oh pleaseee hunny shes sooo not my type im more into guys although she is cute. Thats just what i do and what works for me. Have a look around and see what other AMOG techniques there are. That help? |

im talking about the kind of guys who just go to clubs looking for fights, not the kind of guys you can just amog and talk to.. this is not the guy trying to steal your girl, who you amog to win the girls attention and appreciation, its the guy looking to beat you up cos you looked at him funny.. i dont know how to deal with these |

What kind of clubs are you going to? Based on my experience I rarely come across people looking to get into fights at dance clubs. Those types are usually at ghetto dive bars, although there are some dance clubs where the SPAM does tend to be a bit more aggressive. |

I have never been to a club where a guy has assaulted me for looking at him my advice to you now is CHANGE VENUE and also are you sure its not all in your head? are you sure its not just because your not confident in yourself so you feel any guy you look at will want to fight you? (Im not saying this is the reason but it will apply to some people) Why not take up a form of self defence or martial arts so that when you go out you know in your head if it does kick off you know you can handle yourself. But seriously change venue |

well, I recommend trying out martial art. Not necessarily to learn how to fight, but it's a way of confronting your fear, and hopefully cope with it. I've trained boxing and mma for a long time. They are both really fun, and the combination is, in my opinion, one of the most efficient in 1-to-1 combat. I go out roughly two times a week, and I've never got into a fight on a night out. I would recommend Aikido, it's a very peaceful martial art. And the techniques focus on getting away from the fight. Though the philosophy of Aikido is very opposite of the ideals of a pick up artist. |

Everything that he said, take that seriously. If you are hanging out somewhere that makes you nervous, you will not pick up any women anyway, so don't go there, complete waste of time. CHANGE VENUE and also are you sure its not all in your head? are you sure its not just because your not confident in yourself so you feel any guy you look at will want to fight you? (Im not saying this is the reason but it will apply to some people) Why not take up a form of self defence or martial arts so that when you go out you know in your head if it does kick off you know you can handle yourself. But seriously change venue If you feel nervous everywhere you go, then the problem is between your ears. |

If your getting issues with violent AMOG's in the Club/Bar your going to, it's not your issue to handle, it's the Venues issue. However, from experience I know that most will usher out the trouble makers, and will be banned from the Club if they continue to stir up trouble. True Story: I've seen some scary stuff while working as a Bartender in Tokyo, when a black dude who was on crack, got out of control and tried to kill the bouncer and almost stabbed him with a kitchen knife. He's now in prison, after being caught. My advice is, don't Club to venues that can't or aren't dealing with these type of problems. But if it does happen to occur, learn Jujitsu which is full-contact martial arts, alot of good moves are easy to learn and simple. Un-like others that are more sport like and take along time to really master. You can also use it as a DHV. I've used it as one of my casual DHV's, and it worked really well. |
