Usually cashiers, waitresses and shops/services employee, are a tough game because they're very difficult to read.

They're TRAINED to be nice to people, to smile and to give compliments. Sounds familiar, uh? Lol.

Anyway, some days ago, I randomly witnessed how a Goodlife Fitness employees training session was... I have to tell you man, they do everything by textbook.
They teach body langauge, compliments, eye contact, smiling, voice modulation, motivational speech, etc.

This girls will not be fooled around by a compliment on their earings, or by some open body language/eye contact kind of stuff. They already know every trick in the book. It will be tough.

Above all, don't confuse her being "professional" with her giving you IOIs!

Anyway, coming back to the advices.
You need to step outside of the box. She sees hot guys every day lifting hundreds of pounds. You need to be different.
You need to make her laugh, be spontaneous, hilarious, confident.

You can try some weird openers. It is daygame, so you should go direct.
You can try the "shock and awe" technique... Blame her to be TOO hot and that you can't exercixe properly because she distracts you!

More info man. Does she face you when you two meet eyes or she faces the computer. Does she look away or keep staring. Does she play with her hair/face. Wut makes you think you are getting IOIs. And rofl man there are no barriers. Only in your mind.

Just ask her to spot you or check your position. Don't look needy or make small talk initially. Thank her and move on. Get comfortable around her first. That's the first step to seducing her or for that matter, any other woman.

P.S. Don't create walls in front of you where they are none. There are no barriers. You can pick any girl, anywhere you want.

Practice your conversation skills on her and make FRIENDS with her. This is by far the best strategy.

If you try to game her, these are your possibilities

i. She rejects you, and then you have to see her 4 times a week thereafter.
ii. She goes out with you - then you have to see your new gf 4 times a week. When you break up, you will have to see your EX GF 4 times a week.

ALL of these possibilities are awkward.

However, if you practice being funny and charming, at the very least you have someone at your gym who likes you and will give you free stuff or something. At best, you have a hot female friend who you can hang out with after work, meet her friends, and game them!

=> You don't have to fuck EVERY GIRL you see who's hot.

Hey guys, my first post on this forum. Hoping to get some useful advice. So I'm going to the gym about 3 times/ week and About 4 weeks ago, this new girls started to work at my gym. At first I haven't noticed her much, but this one time as I walked in, she got to be the one to check my ID number. We had eye contact, and every time since then, when I go to drink some water or just having a break between my exercises my eyes meet with hers. All the time we look at each other and I just feel this special connection with her, although there wasn't much smiling from my side or hers. Kinda weird, we just stare at each other, but don't talk or anything. Anyways, since I feel this connection and she's real cute I was thinking maybe I should make a move, ask her name or something. Would she be working out, then a different story. I would easily approach her. But NO, she's working there, so I don't want to start off with the wrong foot and have her boss thinking that she's not doing her job or anything like that. So my question is: Whats the best approach to a gym employee without establishing the most awkward situation? And can I ask her out on a date on our first conversation? Thanks peeps, your the best!

Well obviously if she's into you she's not going to make the first move, remember your the dude. What your doing is what I like to think as making up excuses for youself, but don't worry everyone does it. "If I approach her and it goes wrong people will notice it and my friends will know" or "I'll do it next time it looks like she's busy and I don't look good right now"...You just have to get rid of those excuses and go talk to her, Girls love it and if her boss comes just ask her a question out of the blue then say I just saved you from getting fired lol, just be original and don't be afraid to talk to her.

Sounds like a great pickup line man! haha "You're so beautiful that you distract me from my workout!" Here's the thing, I'm not gonna try this one on her. I'm going with my friend to his gym/pool and there are some girls there that i don't give a damn about, so I'll give it a shot and if it works with them, then I'll try this one with her! And Just an FYI, I think that I do care about her, weird but we don';t even know each other. I'd like to hear more ideas though! The more ideas the better I'll be off. Thanks guys!

I don't know your level, man... For direct game you need some kind of experience, since it has to be delivered properly or it may sound creepy... On the other side, indirect and opinion openers are more "weak" but they give you the possibility of a longer interaction... From how you write about it, it seems you don't have a lot of experience, so I would suggest you to game more affordable sets to "train" before give it a try at this one...

Well, not really sure what you mean by not having enough experience bro, but In the past year I was in 7 relationships, and obviously none of these went well. Although I'm still friends with some of them. But you might be right, It's not an every day thing - approaching people that work at places like a club, gym restaurant, or a bookstore is wayy different than approaching them say at a party. I think the fact that she works there is like a barrier for a normal approach. And I agree, I don't have this kind of experience, which is why I need ideas on how to overcome this barrier. Ya know?

If some hot girl is working in the gym, ( several in my gym ) you have to accept that she is not there because she has a PHD in Sports Physiology. She is there primarily for sales and a little bit of customer service. Then ask yourself , why did they hire a Hot girl ? Why does Hooters hire Hot girls ? Its puzzling.....oh yeah, because men will slobber all over them and are easily manipulated. That's the problem with hitting on hired guns, by hitting on them you are just playing into THEIR game and you are a chump. Some guys claim they can game hired guns, I really can't . However, I definitely can and do talk, joke, chit chat with them in a non-sexual way. This has netted me exactly zero dates, but they definitely notice me and perk up when I come in. That's ok for now because I am only there to work out. No, I am not denying that I would like to bone all 3 of the girls that work there.

But I have no idea whether it's attraction or just an employee responsibility to be like that with customers. Plays with her hair and looks up occasionally. And ur right only in my mind i gotta beat these barriers

1. Become a regular 2. Always be friendly and social with her 3. Establish pre-selection and social proof everytime in the gym 4. Always escalate your flirting with her 5. Close This type of situation you must be patient and let nature take it course.. Ya you could run in ask her for her number.. However if she rejects you shit gets awkward. I know if you take baby steps here and follow those steps you will have her in your bed in 3 weeks tops...
