Well, so off the top of my head:
She's giving you proximity by walking by you.
She gives you her full attention when talking to you.
She laughs when shes talking to you.
You've set yourself up perfectly to give her a nickname -- gauge how attractive she thinks she is. The prettier she finds herself, the more solid and strong of a self concept she has, and the more cocky you can be with her. As such, I'd give her the name of an ugly or a promiscuous celebrity that you think she reminds you of.
This gives you conspiracy with her, and lets you call her across the hallway as "Lisa Minelli" or "Lindsey Lohan" or whoever, so the two of you have a shared joke you can always fall back on to get a smile from her.
