I go to a fairly large, spread out campus in the daytime and there's so many pretty girls moving between classes solo. I'm not really sure how to approach in this environment. Most i've read says that you should get them to stop. It seems like you should have a reason and I prefer not making up lies. I always try to make eye contact with females i'm passing and it very very seldom happens. They're obviously less open to being approached in this environment than at a niteclub or somewhere. On the otherhand theyre usually alone and the chances are you're gonna be the only guy to do this during the whole day if not week or month or longer. What do you think about walking straight up to a chick walking in your opposite direction, initiating some opening and changing directions if she's still moving? Seems like you'd have a short window to get her comfortable before you risk turning into the guy that she doesnt know following her. Any suggestions? |

If she's walking towards you, wait for her to pass by, then follow her, and come around in front of her so you completely block her path, whilst SMILING and giving her PLENTY OF ROOM so you don't scare her. She should stop dead 90% of the time. If you don't like lying (neither do I!) then just explain exactly what happened - you saw her passing by, you thought she was cute, so you had to come over because you wanted to meet her. How hard is that? TRY IT!
