Thats a method used in the book "the mystery method" by mystery and in the book his point is that you wont get rid of AA because its hardwired into your brain after 100,000 years or more of evolution but it basically goes away after your first set of the night... AKA warmup sets |

The way I overcame my approach anxiety was by just doing it... i didn't see any other way. Then I learned NLP and when I combine a few mind tricks then approaching women is so easy and fun... Yeah... I actually love nothing more than to go out and find hot women to approach. The better you get at meeting women the harder it becomes to find decent enough women to approach |
