Post subject:  Gaming at the university library bad idea?
Hey all

so i started trying to game at the college library and had ok results. 2 for 2 numbers. if a seats open i sit next to them. strike up the conversation, see if theres a vibe. and if there is do the "hey you seem really cool, wanna hang out sometime" as i pull out my phone. etc... thats my routine (and if anyone has tips to improve it please let me know)

My Question: Is it a bad idea to game at a college library for fear of a reputation? granted theres 30k+ at my school. non the less i do see people more than once in there. or is it nothing to worry about.

And thanks for helping me get over my AFCness: Best tip i ever heard is "You have to be willing to push your comfort level for awkwardness to get anywhere here" something along those lines haha

Hey man...no don't worry about it.

I used to do it at a school of 5k and only 1 time did it bite me in the a$$. Luckily enough I got much better at game about 3 years later and the girl I embarrassed myself with saw me with my hot european gf.

Key thing here is just commit to getting better and you will eventually. I did.

Don't sweat it dude. Just don't exclusively go to the library to game girls. Because you may end up getting the reputation of that 'creepy pick up guy in the library'. So utilize all of campus as well. The library is in my opinion the better place to find girls because I go to a huge party school, and it's a good way to isolate the smart chicks haha.

Every now and then you'll come across that girl who has facebook open on her laptop with a textbook in front of her. Some girls are just looking for any distraction they can find. Have fun :P
