| Post subject: | Two GORGEOUS openers |
First Opener: "I need my cat back." (This is only for somebody you've talked to before at least once) Her response will be somewhere along the lines of "WTF?" and you say "Last time i was at your house i brought my cat over and left him there....i need him back" At this point the girl realizes you are joking around because it is such a foolish statement (unless you actually do take your cat w/ u places haha) This will then get them into a flirty, playful, role-playing mood. You can then direct the conversation from there. Second Opener: "Hey do you like Taylor Swift?" (This one is good for any and all openers) 90% of girls will say "no.....i LOVE her" you then have her attention and i like to say "Great, I just started listening to her, and need to get some new songs for my ipod.....any recomendations?" She will list a few of her favorites, you can throw in some negs "Oh i hate that song" "I already have that one" Then just go from there.... Hope this helps a few people, and I'm willing (and want) to take any and all constructive criticism and plz post convo's if u do use either of these |

Well I like Taylor Swift, but I'd personally feel iffy about a guy that agrees with me. Sure, you can probably get them talking to you, but remember- your goal is to make a good impression... to show her you're manly... and alpha... I just doubt this opener will do the job The cat one is a little better... though I bet you'll get a lot of "lmao, ur a loser" responses, which is fine- you can always move the conversation on from there. - Roz |

agree with Roz. I wouldnt agree nor promote taylor swift even if i DID like her.. haha... maybe this would work if you're smooth and funny enough to deliver it.. if you use the "do you like taylor swift", follow it up with... "cool and harry potter?......excellent....whats you name?.....awesome....im just making a list of all the girls here tonight that i def DONT want to hit on... .... what are your friends names.. save me some time *smile*" if she softly punches you.. thats a good thing. can replace harry potter with twilight as well. |

Thanks and yeah i def. enjoy the addition you added to it BridgeBurner, personally i think its kinda Alpha to say you like Taylor Swift as a guy, especially in a very social situation, because most guys would be like wtf is he gay and by showing that you dont care to be open about it IMHO it's pretty AMOG, and ive seen a natural do some things very similar to this and he is def. the best natural i know, but i guess its just not exactly a "Im completely cool and nobody can touch me cuz im so much better than everyone else, and i have to fit in with the status quo so i maintain my pimpin status." opener haha |

its alpha to not care about what people think of your opinion. this is true. i sleep with a teddy bear.. for reals.. and im not ashamed of it at all.. most girls think its cute and i was given him when i was born and have always had him.... and im gonna give him to my kid..and IF she thinks its gay then i explain all that then she changes her mind instant.. in fact ill say "whoa.... excuse me.. listen ok.." and get serious about it... and i have a million stories about it... and when girls come over. sure enough. hes right there.. and they usually hug him and tuck him into the bed when they leave in the morning... but uhm there are certain things you should pay attention too.... like if you're gonna say you like taylor swift.. do you know any of her songs? cuz its not alpha to pretend to like something you dont.... its the opposite... then think of my addition to your opener.... and yours... mine takes away the build up with a joke which makes you funny and confident and entertaining... and can lead to various topics about movies and music or whatever.. but if you dwell on the one thing you "like"... your convo may end up going to go into a mundane chat about taylor swift..... which is boring and not fun .... more of a day 2 thing..... third... yes it can be alpha to just like something and not give a damn.. but somethings even if you're proud to like them still make you not look "good" in that aspect... regardless..... ESP first impression.....once she likes you, then you can admit to liking brokeback mountain if you really want to. but as far as openers go and first impressions i dont see the point in trying to fight an uphill battle when you can simply open with something better.... like go open with star wars content and see where it gets you.. even if its funny, confident or clever.. it still carries a "geek" impression with it.. no matter what... know what i mean. but if it works for you... keep it up. |
