I always thought that the alpha thing to do was never flinch from eye contact when in conversation with someone. But for the first time today, i read during conversation..the alpha thing is to always keep EC when you are the one speaking, but when the other person is, you drift in and out. Although i'm a lot better at keeping eye contact during conversation, it doesn't seem to help rapport/attraction when the HB is telling a story/talking ...to lock eyes with her and hold. How should i use EC in the attraction/comfort stages? Thanks for reading! |

look to your right, Up and down. This is from NLP, a little thing that can help a lot. This is not something most people notice consciously, but it will help build rapport. For more information do a search for Eye accessing cues, or just study NLP! |

Your right on. eye contact is huge. but unrelenting eye contact can be awkward or even intimidating. as with anything, dont over do it. hold eye contact for 10 seconds, then look away 5, ec for 5 secs and look away for 3. careful when looking away not to seem like u have add.(i have adhd so nobody get offended) make a conscous effort not to look at her breast. girls know where ur checking them out its like a 6th sense they have. but also, try not to look away until they break ec(establishes dominance, this is true in the animal kingdom, eyecontact is most often considered to be threatening in most animals. Pack animals never look the alpha male in the eyes e.g. wolves, lions, hyennas etc. |

I dont know i think the whole eye contact thing goes both ways. While you dont want to seem like some intensely creepy guy, i do remember watching the maxim hot 100 countdown and when they did an interview with lindsay lohan she said she is really turned on by eye contact, er rather...it can be intimidating which she said was a turn on. So i guess it depends on your situation and your target =) |

Your right the alpha male thing to do is to look away from your target when shes talking. Strong EC when telling a story commands attention from them. Weak EC when they are telling to you demands they seek more validation from you. Be wary you don't want them to give up on you. Reward them for there hard work! EC is very powerful if used correctly. For instance if your talking about a sensation or emotion you were feeling in a story and change your constant eye contact to direct eye contact with hers, unnerving her creates alot of attraction. |

I could not have said it better myself.

It was only the other day that I was talking to this HB7.5 who was really into me (didn't feel like k or f-closing though). She was amazed that I would look her right in the eyes and wouldn't look down or away, she said mot people won't look her in the eyes. It is amazing how simple things like walking upright and looking women in the eyes helps, it puts you at a clear advantage over about 80% of the guys out there. |

Here is an Eye Contact Tip for everyone. I used to do car sales where you had to keep conversations going, etc. The eye contact tip is to pick ONE eye and stare into it. At a distance of more than three feet your target things you are looking into both eyes. IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to LOOK IN BOTH EYES AT THE SAME TIME. If you are trying to do this you will have those "Shifty Eyes." When you are a sales person shifty eyes is not something to have, as it shows distrust. We are selling ourselves.
