I went to Borders book store today to browse for cd's and books, but also to try to practice talking to women. At first I had a very hard time. I went about two hours without talking to anybody, but when my friend came in to meet me there after an appointment we were arguing whether or not I should buy this cd I wanted for thirty dollars. I wanted it but thought maybe it was too much money. So suddenly an attractive HB9 walked by and I made eye contact with her for a very short period. She went into the section right next to me and my friend. So I said wtf I will just ask for her opinion on this. So I just turned around approached her and asked her if she would ever buy a cd for thirty dollars. She said no and smiled. "Really" I said. "What if it has a lot of songs." She said no and laughed. I just smiled and went back to my friend and said well maybe I wont buy it then. The only problem with that is it was a yes or no answer and there wasnt a whole lot to build on. Yes or no openers arent that great. I am just too damn nervous to carry conversations. |

im sure in a bookstore that is full of multiple genres of music, cd, and videos... a opinion based opener would work much better. Try it next time. |
