| Post subject: | Best Dancing HB10 Opener |
When you´re at a club or a house party, this is the best way for open a sexy HB10 dancer, she usually dance too sexy and dress fucking hot!! (C & F) Bad to Sexy Dancer PUA: "Hey guys, you know... most of the people like dance at beat!!" HB10: "jajaja.. so we are dancing too bad!!!" PUA: "That is not the trouble...the trouble is you're dancing too sexy and I'm sick of it, but anyways I'll introduce myself and I'll show you the correct behavior in a party!! Then you can use a mid game tool with the hottest babe and enjoy your new pick up!!! See ya!! |

When I'm at a place with music and dancing, this is how I usually open a group of girls dancing in a group: *Girls dancing, I show up, not quite in the middle and I yell loud enough for everyone to hear me. Me: Excuse me! Could you guys back up a bit and give me some space...I need more room to dance.... Them: What? Me: I have some awesome dance moves I need to try out and you guys are in my way! Then from here they back up and kind of watch. I do have some funny moves I do from here as a joke, nothing really that awesome. It is a great opener for me because I have a good follow up...I can dance well enough and funny enough to entertain the group for a bit until I move in next to the girl I like the most and start a conversation. Then I isolate. I think telling a girl you need more room is an opener you can use in a lot of situations...but you have to deliver it with a bit of a smirk...and you need a good follow up.... |

I don't really like either one of these opener, and here's why: The first opener would be ok if you recieved heavy IOI's before going into set, but lets face it - with a HB10 on the dancefloor that isn't going to happen all that often. If it does this is a decent (though not excellent) direct opener which will grab her attention. The second opener (in the second post of the thread) IMO destroy's value. Sure you will appear to have a good time and be entertaining the group - but as far as I can tell, you will be entertaining through self-deprication, so if the rough (and almost rude) opener doesn't piss them off, your dancing will make you appear like a fool. It is good to entertain a group, but no one respects a clown. Entertain with your insight, humour and stories, not though making a jackass of yourself on the dancefloor. Seriously, no one goes home with the court jester (no hate, I am just trying to give constructive critiscism, I am sorry if that came off harsh). |

Enforcer, No it didn't come off harsh...forums can sometimes do that. I completely understand where you're coming from and I agree with your statement that no respects the clown. The explanation in writing might be a bit different than the delivery in person...my approaches at other venues aren't quite as loud. A second detail would be that I am usually there with 2-3 of my friends who are also really outgoing and funny, so we usually spend a lot of time on the dance floor talking to quite a few different girls. It's something along the lines of how Tyler Durden works I'd say. |

In the end, if girls are dancing then they are not paying attention to much else around them. Odds are we're talking about a room where its tough to see and hear. You're on a dance floor that's primarily lit with strobes and blacklights, and there's loud music blasting constantly. It's way easier to game a girl at the bar or in a quieter, better lit area and then get her to the dance floor. But if you really wanna try to pick up a girl on the dance floor, you wanna have some moves, yourself. Acting like a fool will get you thrown into the friend zone with an entire party full of women because they can't take you seriously now in anything you say. All it takes is 30 seconds of hip hop, breakdancing, popping, etc to get some serious attention. Hell, I've gotten girls talking to me after doing like two arm/body waves. All you need to have going for you is to be decent at it and not be by yourself. If I start pulling dance moves by myself people are more likely to think its weird than if you have a just-for-fun dance battle with a friend or two. |

I usually use this and it has worked 90% of the time to hook the set. Ill go in, tell them i am going to teach them an amazing dance move. Then ill maintain great body language, have a good pause as though i am about to do something amazing. And then i start doing the macarena. It has worked pretty much every time and is especially good on 2/3 sets. They always end up laughing, and most of the time doing the dance. You are then leading the whole set. Also if im dancing with a few girls ill ask them what the macarena is, and open the set next to me and ask them, as though we are all trying to figure out how to do it. |

I used to do some salsa dancing (forgotten it all now) and it was a great way to hook them. Plan to take it up again and hook some more!! Plus the ratio at salsa class is most favourable... |
