Anyway I don't think you need a wing but it makes things easier.
Get 2 very different shirts/hats/jackets/whatever. For example I have a red and green shirt. Very exquisite I know.
PUA: Hey, I need a female opinion for this... kinda in a rush but... My friend over there says I should take the green one because it's friendly, pure and positive.
I however think the red one suits me more since it's a warmer and more pro-active...

You basically just want their opinion like in many openers, but here you also can put the claim that your friend says the item X fits you because you are (name 2-3 very positive descriptions..) But you think you are more bla bla so item Y fits you.
They instantly have some sort of image of you. Friend says you're a good guy, you just aproach them so you're easy in dealing with people and of course you say you like an *bla bla* lifestyle.
