I'm also from a pretty conservative town, but one thing I've worn that got me TONS of attention was a shirt I got as a gift from the Bob and Tom website. It says "BLOW ME a kiss" on the front in big bold letters. I wore it to the club and had both females and males approaching me, and even taking pictures with me.

Watches, Cuffs on a french cuff shirt, shine your shoes, piercings, tats, rings, necklaces (I hear this is the best one of them all), bright shirts, belts&buckles.

Just things that catch the eye and are out of the ordinary. You can use almost anything. A Bright colored wallet. Anything that you can still feel comfortable wearing is fine. If you can pull off the bright pink cod-piece then go for it. If you can't then go with what you can do.

Eyecatching as long as it doesn't interfere with your Comfort/Confidence.

I walk around school with my camera for my photography class. Its got a sweet reg/yellow/green jamaican looking strap and gets a lot of comments. Then a lot of them ask me to take pictures of us when I just met them, pretty cool. But I have a reason to carrry my camera because of the class, i dont know about walking into a club with one. Never tried it

I remember the Digital Camera thing from The Game when you talked about your camera Jack. Apparently that works well in Clubs as well, but not if it is a 35mm normal sized camera, they suggest the digital pocket size cameras. Showing that you have value is a good thing and it can give you something to start a conversation with.
To the original poster- I live in a fairly non-conservative part of the US (SF california) so I am not sure what would be entirely acceptable but I would try a pink dress shirt or maybe even a purple one, just try loud colors first and see if you are comfortable with the reaction, if it isnt going well just bring a spare shirt in your car and switch em out, I would start like that and work my way up to stuff like eye-liner.

Wear a shirt that says "Free (Make some name up)" in big bold letters......and have a story about a friend who was wrongfully blamed for a crime and is in jail......wearing the shirt that says "Free (insert name)" will have girls ask you who that person is.

I have started wearing an indian choker. It seems to attract attention and it makes it easy to open.

necklaces are always a good way to go, if its made out of something edible it can be good for some kino, and other than that you can get some really cool and unique necklaces that are a good convo starter.

i use plaid pants

and a hat, NOT a ball cap, usually bars wont let you have ball caps but if you have fedoras or other classy hats, they let you keep em on

I have this great grey/black/white plaid hat that gets a ton of attention, and a ton of girls say, "i love that hat" or " that hat is really stylish"

its simple and different and it isnt pink, try it out

I use what's in my avatar,

1. Tom Landry hat
2. Oakley Shades for clubbing (no protection from the sun what so ever)
3. Thumb Ring with stars for magic tricks etc...
4. Only my left hand painted with black finger nails.

I went into a bar like this and this one girl set I opened asked if I was bringing back the sexy look.

remember the dress code at some clubs. They may not let you in with hats, or crazy gear. Just a thought to keep in the back of your mind
