there is this girl at the ice cream shop, i tried speaking to her once before but she smiled and told me she had a boyfriend. but now that i walk into the shop she always gives me this warm look and smiles and says "long time no see" because i dont go there that often anymore. i really want this girl, any good advice?

If you have been in there enough to get shut down 2x - that's too much.

Stop in maybe every 2 weeks and start with "You still working here? I am going to have to reconsider my choice in ice-cream." Walk out.

She is going to think you are an ass but is going to wonder what the heck that was about.

Come back like 10 mins later and say "I have reconsidered - I'll let you serve me ice-cream" DHV.

Don't try to close her in any way - CF is the way to roll now as there is some sort of relationship already.

Take your time, don't become a fixture there - hell walk by with some other ice cream in your hand and simply wave or say hi and go. Make her want to engage you.

You haven't given her a reason to be interested yet.

She said she has a BF - kindly remind her that it has nothing to do with the fact that you wanted 2 scoops of blue moon and the BF talk isn't making that happen. Then leave with your ice cream.

Great advice kid! (Fuck this...going to BR)

One more point though...
She already TOLD you she had a bf ! Did you ask her? I hope not....

If you did, ALL you can do now is try this approach from above and/or KEEP going in the store even MORE frequently. Who cares that she has a bf! Prolly some supplicator that rinses her maxi pad off for her! Some chump! She'd much prefer YOU, and a champion of women and slayer of panties!
Just keep working on her with flirts, LOTS of eye contact, and laughs!
The MORE she sees YOU, the more the attraction will build for you!

Towards the end of the week, or when it's slow is better, find out when she's on break or lunch and invite YOURSELF to SIT WITH her and continue the rap! The fact that she has a bf is good, that should turn YOU into Mr. Hugenuts b/c you got nothing to lose! Get it?
