I'm new to this whole PUA thing and had a couple of ideas, your thoughts are appreciated. For the first opener, you need to not be timid and if you can pull it off right you'll come across as funny, not like the AFC approach they are used to. I'm thinking of using some dark colored swim goggles, actually put them on over my eyes and walk up all casual with a little bit of concern to a HB set: PUA: "Hey guys is it dark in here to any of you?" HBs: (giggles, thinking who is this guy!? He is either a big dork or the funnest guy in here) "uhmm I think it's your goggles..." PUA: "Goggles?!" (Then touch your face as though your blind trying to see what they are talking about and when you find them act all suprised. Lift up your goggles and begin to stack.) The second I call the belt buckle PUA: "Hey guys I need a female opinion on something. My friend Craig over there (point to wing or some AFC) just got an LED belt buckle and is afraid to wear it because some girls tell him they would think he was gay, while the others tell him they think it's cute. What's your opinion?" HBs: (blah blah blah) *BONUS* I have a magician friend that I told I needed a magic trick to impress a girl up close with out really any props and what he gave me was a game that is pure gold imo. Best used when you have isolated an HB or even in the set. The Dime PUA:"Alright I have a cool game but I need a volunteer?" HB: "What do I need to do?" PUA:"Hold out your hand." HB: (Sticks out her hand, where you then proceed to place a dime in the center of the palm all the while massaging her hand with your thumbs [in order to prepare her for the trick you say] PUA: "Ok now I want you to try to close your hand before I can grab the dime." HB: (closes hand really fast before have a chance to position your hand slightly above hers) PUA:(Neg her) "Did I say go?" (turn to set) "Is she this grabby with all men's money?" or if your alone with her "Geez are you this grabby..." Repeat the process, and you can usually grab the dime from their hand before they have a chance to grab it due to physics, the dime will tend to jump up when your hand touches theirs and second the time it takes their brain to tell their hand to close is a bit slower than your hand if you position your hand correctly. This opens the way for you to gaze intently into her eyes and she into yours, if you pause for a bit making it seem like your trying to psyche her out or time her move, it can be a great seduction piece. If she out beats you play off to her jumping the gun PUA:"Now see your timing me there.." HB: (giggles and gets a look of 'I'm so gonna beat you' on her face) PUA: "Each time you time me" (hold up two fingers) "I'm going to slap your wrist" (like a parent to a child ... more seduction they think your someone with authority.) I usually let them keep the dime and say PUA: "Because you were such a good sport I'm going to let you hold onto my dime, but I'll need a way to get it back when I need it." Work a phone close on it or a kiss close etc... I actually used this and it worked soo well |

Hey that dime trick is awesome, negs, kino, everything, awesome man really way to do your homework. However, please let us know how the goggles work out, I am not going to attempt it, because it seems tryhard and it appears as though you are approaching with the intention of starting a conversation with intentions. The beauty of the indirect opener, such as the opinion opener is that you wont come off that way. If you are using goggles b/c Mystery does, realize that he never wears them or mentions them. You should never have to talk about your peacocking objects, as this will appear try hard. I hope this helps, and once again thank you very much for the great dime trick! |

You could be right about the goggles being try hard... but I would do it as its my type of personality. I think the approach and opening has to fit who YOU are. That's why I get a feeling that some canned approaches wont work for some people. But if you would have thought of it anyways, its like a map that you can already see and know how to navigate. Ultimately you can't change who you are, you wont be able to be congruent with it for long and she'll pick up on it etc... unless you really have changed yourself and its hard to do when you have family and friends that tend to pull you back to your original self. The key, at least in my mind, is to enhance the things about you that make you different and stand out. If your dull and boring go get a new hobby or something. With me and peacocking, I don't pick an item that misrepresents me, Ill probably pick something that exhibits a character trait of myself. I mean look at my avatar I'm groping a mannequin if a girl doesnt find that kind of stuff funny Id get bored with her anyways. If your peacocking or using an opener that you think she will bite on, which is not inherent to yourself, then she already has the upper hand in the relationship. Long story short, don't do the goggles thing if you don't think you could make it work. Id probably use it on a second meeting or something or if I thought it would elevate my energy above that of the set. |

Not big on the goggle routine, but if thats your thing go for it. The dime would be cool but it seems you would have to already have opened for it to come into play. As for as openers, the belt buckle one is prob your best bet. |

I'm loving the belt idea. Gonna try it next time im out. However I gotta bitch because I was out tonight and that so would have been a great opener. The dime trick is awesome too. Good call man! |

your new here, or your on a different level all together AMOG. What's funny in 2nd grade is funny all over again with girls. Style got this one girl by inviting her to the PEN 15 club and when he wrote it on her arm it spelled PENIS... Immature yes... but these things help you stand out from the herd, open up the conversation and build attraction etc.... I don't know if you have read all the responses to this post but there are a few in here where I say go with what works for you, making your post quite moot. |
