This line is good..

it will work in most situations... especially with business woman or shop assistants..

SMILING, or smirking, cocky manner, confident pose...say
'(You know..[pause, gets her attention])If you didn't look so serious i would approach you'

The first bit is optional..

Why it's good for opening...

A neg... a gentle one..
Cocky attitude

Funny... just watch there may be a few who will snap if on bad day but i rekon most if said right will smile which is what you want and laugh...
It's ironic... thats the funny bit aswell you are approaching..
And it comes under her typical guy radar or approach radar

That would open her up..

dude - while i understand this - i really think that people should try their openers before getting feedback on them. this allows people to self-evaluate what is their original material.... and this will benefit the indiviual emensley! not to mention allow us to stop guessing what responses, pros and cons will be...
