Eye contact. Whenever I give off eye contact I always have to force it. Sometimes I even feel like I give off a creepy or weird vibe. How do you guys become good at eye contact naturally?

Its a practice makes perfect thing really, make eye contact with people you are already close to i would recomend (family and friends) this way the concept of eye contact becomes much more easier for you to grasp, once you feel confident holding eye contact with family and friends, try and apply it to when your sarging

a study was done where they had male speaker talk to a male audiance and maintane eye contact alot throuought the crowd then they had male to female then female to male and female to female they then had the audiance take a survey on the results have shown that female to female eye contact the as much as possible female to male as much as possible male to male break glance from time to time cause males felt uncomfortable with so much eye contact with other men they felt gay then male to female also as much as possible as long as your not staring if you have a non creepy smile on your face and you are reacting apropriotly it will work better

if u feel creepy making eye contact, you'll do something unconcious with you body that will telegraph to the girl that you'll actually forcing your own eyes, be it with you eyebrows, your mouth, your body in general.

The secret for irresistible eye contact is not to study it, but to be truly convinced that's what you want to do, that you feel perfectly confortable making it and that if anyone must be nervous that's the girl for looking in the eye of such alpha male.

It's a bit of a fake it till you make it, you are not (or maybe you are) truly THE alpha male, but by mezmerising yourself with these thoughts will send the right signal to your BL central and deliver a full message, not only through your eyes but through your entire being.
