Hey guys, I play guitar and ukulele (the tiny guitar), and I was wondering how you'd open to a girl while carrying it? I have a feeling they might even open me, and if so then they'll probably ask something like "Can you play a song?" and I'll play AND sing a cheesy song while flirting and looking them in the eye. But if that doesn't happen, do you have any ideas for openers? I'm also an amateur photographer. I have a professional camera. How would you open a girl while carrying the camera? I realize I don't need any of these things but I thought I should use my talents to my advantage, and it can also help me start a conversation about something. I'm completely new to this, thanks for the help! EDIT: I'll probably be using this method in school. I'm 19 and go to college. |

Gig mate... Use your talent, i've been playing for years and the more you play live the better... a) Its great for your confidence, if you can hold the attention of a crowd you can use that confidence in the field b) Its a turn on, my ex was a HB8, she was one of the hottest girls in my town, met her one night, got chatting about music, number closed, invited her to the gig the next night, shagged her for 2 years... She always wanted me to play live so that she could brag to all the other girls that i was her bitch! c) DHV, music and talent like your photography is a great mid game piece for demonstrating DHV, the more you gig the more people you meet, the more likely that you will be talking to a set and one of them will say...'i know you, you're that guy who plays..blablabla' If you want to use it in the field then i suggest that you maybe try a bit of on the spot improv? Find out their name, what they do and make up some shitty on the spot tune about what you know, what they look like and what you are going to fo to them later... it doesn't matter if you rhyme fuck with duck, they will be putty in your hands as long as you smile and make them laugh!
