Lay all the groundwork before midnight! but if you don't here's a good option...if you see someone who is alone near the closing bell and for the first time ever you are going to break the cardinal rule and offer to take a midnight toast with her...yes you are going to buy her a drink! The only time i recommend it, but hell its new years. Good luck...also make sure you say something first to make her earn it like if you can tell me what your new years resolution is and if it's better than mine i'll buy u a drink! Let her win of course
