Hey guys, I have been sarging alot recently and i have started to go out alone if noone else is up for coming out. I was wondering about approaching along the lines of ... Me: Hey guys, have you ever been meeting someone somewhere and got a text saying that they are going to be late, but shouldnt be too long? You know, you are stood on your own and bored... HB: Yeah/No... Me: That has just happened to me, my mate's taxi is driving really slow he said, but to be fair I cant be mad at him, as once I was late to... [DHV Story] I thought it is good, as it allows easy transistion and has a FTC built in to it, but does it give the impression of being needy, as I am alone? Any tweaks before i field test it this weekend? |

Why would a guy walk up to a girl and ask such a trivial question? I'm not contesting the opener, just the frame and the wording of it. If you ask her that she's gonna instantly know what you're trying to do. work on the wording of it otherwise you're gonna come across as try-hard. |

I think if you do it loud and in shock it could work. If you do it sounding serious it could come off as a little pathetic. It really depends on your personality... |

I'm not a fan of it to be honest man. There are just so many better techniques, it's too direct the girl will just answer you, then listen to your story. I would suggest for now just focusing on the purpose find some thing not so great about he and compliment her on it any way. You can always ask where she got her shoes for example since you're xmas shopping for your sister. I think your open will make you seem like a creep. |
