I used to, back in school, have theconfidence to approach and open with any girl I wanted. OVer time (now im 23) I have completely lost this ability. Can anyone shed some light as to why this has happened, and how to get back to the old ways?? |

most certain u got rusty, probably had a few serrious relationships,and u got kinda used to not socialising...got ur but kicked or ur heart broken in a past relationship...My advice: go out there,arm urself wwith some lines,some openers, some mid gaming...and see what happens...dont go for HB higher then 7...no disrespect but u have to have some wins,to build up ur confidence...after a while go for gold  ...I know u have it in u, just need to get back into shape...Best of luck

It is a state of mind. And it is influenced by external stimuli. Most likely you felt confident in your schooldays because you had friends etc around. Now you are suddenly in another environment and you are not in comfort anymore. To get rid of your AA you need to get comfortable in the environment you are sarging in. Go to your favourite bar, get a wing... etc etc etc. Ezo |

two steps forward one step back is a good frame for the pua business. It happens sometimes where you feel like you not making progress these are the times to truly define yourself. If you don't use it you will lose it. Practice all the time...enjoy the process and leave the outcome dependent attitude for someone who would rather beat themselves up. |
