Considering everyone wants to be loved, accepted and aligned ie have friends, boy friends etc, think of approaching like this- if you don't approach her, YOU ARE BEING RUDE. She wants you to approach her, they always do, every girl does (despite what your thinking right now) just accept it as a fact of life, your being impolite and rude if you don't approach so stop being a rude prick and approach her. Approach her politely and not sexually (neutral topic like an opener from mystery- waitress date opener) and as long as she doesn't turn her back to you or tell you to fuck off, it's a good sign and she's being polite back so keep going. So from now on approach, because approaching is being socially polite. |

A clever way to think about it, but in my opinion the only way to cure approach anxiety is to do at least 100 approaches in a relatively short period. |

Feeling that approach anxiety is a problem that needs to be solved is the problem. The only way to solve it is to embrace it and approach even when you feel anxiety. |
