| Post subject: | DHV on the dance floor? |
Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Lets say there's a mixed set on the dance floor and you're looking to join them seamlessly. They're dancing and there isn't much room for real conversation, has anyone used a DHV routine to kind of get the group to accept you into their circle quickly? I was out last night thinking about this. I inched my way into a mixed set 4 girls 2 guys, and after getting the AMOG to mirror my dancing movements (waving my hands in the air), the rest of the group saw the compliance and seemed to follow. I had an Aha! moment, but then the rest was unsuccessful because I didn't really have a plan for what I was doing and eventually blew myself out of the set. Thoughts? |

pretty hard to do on the dance floor and even more so with a mixed set. But best way (apart being a kickass dancer) would be appear to be having more fun/ be the person people want to be around. On the dance floor who do you want to be around? The guy having a good time who's infectious and spreading the fun vibes or the guy trying to get into your circle when your already having fun with your group of friends? |
