Post subject:  Is it a must to open in person?
There's this girl in one of my classes (6th form), that I haven't yet spoke to, I don't have much reason to be able to speak to her easily in person (as of yet), should I find a way to open in person or open over SC (when she puts a story such as somebody talk)?

It is definitely much better to start the first conversation in person. Why? Women actually perceive guys who start
talking to them online as scared and balls-less.

So say anything to her live before you start talking online. Make that first contact. Walk over to her and say, "So how are you enjoying the class...?"

Or notice her doing something, like taking a lot of notes during class and afterwards comment on it. "I noticed you take a lot
of notes, are you gonna sell them on Ebay or something? :)"

What about approach out of lesson when she's around friends, etc? Business lessons aren't exactly interactive apart from the people very close to you.

Is the fact that you're interested in seeing her outside of the classroom environment( If you are..), not a good enough reason to approach her? You would rather hide behind a social media app than actually display that you have courage, confidence, and genuine interest in her?

How are you suppose to actually date her if you don't the courage to talk to her in person? You want a snapchat relationship?

There's already brilliant advice here so I'd just like to agree with the general vibe here: Stop trying to get approval to hide behind a screen, put your balls on the line and take some fucking action. Learn to enjoy either outcome; rejection, or who knows what? ;). It's a numbers game. The longer you wait before taking action, the more invested you'll become and the harder it'll be to actually do anything.
