I managed to surpass a little bit of my AA, i can now say Hello with ease (but if they ever stop to start a conversation i think i will explode :\ but anyway)

1- nobody seems to notice i exist. I say hello to them, and they simply make a "omg this guy is a rapist" expression and look away, or if they are in groups, they just keep walking 20 meters, then start laughing between them.

I notice that when i say "Hello" to them i sound weird, retarded, and not very confident. or maybe a mix of "Needy" and "Retard".

Will this things go away with pratice? Did anyone experience this? Also i would like readers to read my 2 posts on the Noob challenge mission ,that would be really helpful.

2- I am also saying Good afternoon to every older person, like 25+, just to pratice my overall social anxiety.
When i try my approach challenge, i do with girls between 15 and 20 (im 19 so im not a fucking pedo...)
And i notice a huge difference. Older people (25-100 years old) Are more responsive, when girls around my age look at me with a "omg this guy is a rapist pervert" face, or simply ignore me, or start laughing between themselves.
Will this go away with pratice? (maybe body language \ confidence related ?)

Are you asking how to say hi to people? This is what I hate about pick up, it makes you question the way you do everything, even the things that are simple. Say hey, give a small nod, and smile. That's it

Try acting like a retard in public. Bark clap, say something in gibberish to someone and just laugh. Then saying hi to a girl wont be so scary.

Pretty much like "Oh just try breaking a leg before you ride a bike so it's not so scary anymore". What the fuck. Or a person you've known for a while. Ofcourse people are going to react awkwardly towards you if you act awkward towards them in the first place.

The newbie challenge isn't about getting laid. Its all about pushing yourself beyond your barriers and comfort zones. As a beginner, this is exactly whats suppose to happen so you're doing just fine. Proceed to step 2.

(maybe body language \ confidence related ?) how close are you when you say "hello"? because that shouldnt be normal. if she is walking towards you then you should say hello about 5 to 8 feet away so it gives her some time to react. also how you dress DOES play a factor on how people react to you, better you dress the better people will treat you.
