Okay, this is breaking into the realm of I'm out of options. I don't know what to say, all topics have been exhausted, she's given me no ammunition, I have no routines, I can't think, my head is totally fucked, and I'm completely dead in the water. Is there a common recovery from this, or is it best just to walk away and hope very few people noticed it? Honestly, this situation is a more than common occurrence for me, and I usually do just end up walking away without a proper close, or I just simply wander off. Preparation is paramount, but more times than not I will fuck up the simplest conversation or the surest thing. Any advice for the stupid? |

What do you mean by "she's given me no ammunition"? Are you simply just asking question where she just replies yes and no?

I have this happen all the time to me, and I screwed up several times at this stage, Its a test. If she does not walk away as soon as the pause happens she's waiting for you to say something and continue the conversation. She wants YOU to lead the conversation. |

The fact that you think you have to entertain so much to keep her engaged pretty much becomes a self full-filling prophecy The less you try to entertain her, the more likely she will invest and contribute She could be just simply an introvert, in that case, I would always test the compliance by suggesting to go to the bar together for some shots. Her reaction and actions will determine where you stand in the interaction. If she follows, then you know she is kinda into you. If she stays planted, I would find a girl that digs me that has bigger tits You can also embrace awkward pauses by looking at her in the eye's, smirking and expecting her to contribute, you can force them to ask you questions this way. Who ever is doing most of the talking is qualifying themselves and is showing neediness |

Tell me a story. Huh? Tell me a story. About what? Whatever you want. I can't think of a story. Ok. Think of a character in the story. Who would it be. You? Someone like you? A man? A woman? A cat? Once you get HER thinking, you can catch your breath, and think of stuff. She will likely come up with something. The when she is stumped, you help her out. Depending on your mood, and your take on the girl, and whether you want fun, or to probe her emotions, you can steer the story for fun, or for emotion. |
