I used to do this, but as it didn't really prove really effective I kind of stopped doing it.
I found that if you want to meet a girl, get out of your car and meet her. Doing drive by's isn't very effective.
But I do have couple of lines you can use to have fun with.
For example, you can stop and say,
"Hey I'm sorry, can you help me a bit I'm kind of lost. Can you help me with the directions to
get to your house?"
And smile and wink at her.
When you're saying this, remember to not feel creepy or you will come across as creepy. The
frame you want to have about yourself is "I am a dude sharing love and having fun, and you're
on today's list to share"
Never think of yourself as a creep, because that will make you look like a creep.
One I liked to do if I saw a girl sitting on a bus station was to stop and say to her, "Hey can you
help me with something...I'm looking for a bus station around here. Do you know where it is?"
Now some girls actually started giving me directions to get to the bus station, while we were on
a bus station. But that gave me a whole another opportunity to tease her about it.
Another one is also a bit more direct, you can stop and say to her,
"You know you are endangering the traffic walking around looking like that...guys keep looking at you
and almost hit other cars. I should turn you in..."
Mind you, your energy is going to determine how women will respond to you.
If you're low energy and depressed and that is how you're talking with them, it won't work.
If you're casual and relaxed about it, they will take it like that.
But again, the best way to meet a woman is to park your car and walk up to her.
