Post subject:  Field Tested Flirt Opener

I have picked up a lot of insite reading the postings in this forum and wanted to give something back that worked well for me. Interviewing new hires is part of my job so the story isn't too much of a stretch.

I approach a set and ask the girls if they think girls flirt when being interviewed for a job. Before they can respond I say "here is why I'm asking...". I proceed to tell them that i work for a consulting firm and manage a team of consultants (DHV, Leader of men). I am hiring for an opening on the team and interviewed a recent MBA grad with a few years experience under her belt who's resume makes her seem like a great fit. (This statement develops the image of a younger woman, and most seem to associate recent college grad with being attractive).

I weave into the story how she held my hand a bit longer then expected when shaking hands, her eye contact a bit more then appropriate, that she came around to my side of the desk as I read through her resume, how she commented on my cologne and even touched me innocently during the interview. (again, DHV and potential preselection)

I use this to get the sets opinion on whether the flirtation was intentional or innocent. This opens up the conversation on how men and women flirt, demonstrations of flirting, touching, suggestive conversation, etc. This works great for me cuz I have read several books on body language and male female communication so it gives me multiple threads to bring up.

The key is to keep the opening story short and get the set involved in the discussion as quickly as possible.

As I said, I have actually used this from which i built comfort and then seduced spending the rest of the evening making out with one of the girls on the dance floor and in the bar.

Comments are welcome. I'm still learning and appreciate all the (constructive) criticism and feedback this forum has offered.

This one is so good. Really like it! Question is what age should the girls have and 1-10 how good looking should they be?

I think this should be very, very perfect as it is not 100% a flirt and it will make them argue with you, how would you guys respond on this? If they tell something like this:

HB: That is not a flirt she was only... bla bla bla yadayadayada...

or something like that.

This line sort of answer my question in a way but still. And could you give me some examples of the way you work them after the opener?

The key isnt to accuse the girl of flirting but suggest that it seemed she was flirting and get the sets opinion. Then transition to asking them how they flirt with a guy. You can also discuss the differences between intentional flirts and natural flirts.

When discussing the handshake part of the story I demonstrate the way she shook hands on one of the set which allows me to initiate kino. I pretend to do what the girl in the story did by taking the girls hand holding it just a bit longer and making seductive eye contact. This seems to make them laugh a bit and gets them more comfortable.

In this specific case I was able to comment on how the girl in the story would tilt her head when we talked and stroke her hair. I would then say to the girl in the set, "much like you are doing now" and then give them a very confident smile.

It does truly help to read up on male/female communication and body language. This gives you lots to build the conversation with.

nice I am sure this is one women get wildly into but I like to stay as truthful as I can about things like my job and name and stuff like that things that if I became lovers or friends with them they wouldn't find out what a liar I was remember that just because you decide not to date a woman doesn't mean she can't be a fantastic pivot I have pivots around me all the time and almost all of them come from me opening a girl taking her home and not wanting to pursue the relationship any further so I LJBF her

Great opener.

It probably works the other way too -- that is, from the perspective of the interviewee.

Open set with question about whether prospective employers flirt when they interview people. Describe a time the employer did all of the same things while interviewing you -- held the hand a bit longer, commented on cologne, etc. and run the routine as described.

The girl might be able to connect better with being the interviewee rather than the interviewer -- as most people probably are not interviewers.

Reversing it also demonstrates that you make a great first impression on others in a short amount of time. :-)
