Post subject:  Adding this girl on FB

A while ago this girl that I like walk passed me, she looks at me but I tried to brush it off, because I'm uncomfortable and uneasy seeing girls that I like. She was basically asking me to open her, since she walked passed me twice in a row and she looks at me like she doesn't try to but she looks anyway. I dunno what to call that. I was with a buddy of mine and were having good laughs until she passed by and my heart and mind keeps pounding like crazy. I wanna approach her but I'm stuck and I can't fuckin move, and when I tried to catch her, she's gone like a ninja.

And as I'm typing this I saw her in fb while searching someone's friend, we have a mutual friend so is it okay to add her? what do I tell her. I'm too pussy too approach her in real life, I think FB would be weird.

What do you have to lose by adding her on fb and messaging her? don't let too much time pass as she will not remember who you are... strike the iron while it's hot... remember the 3 second rule... it's not the 30,000 second rule... :-)

Nothing is weird unless you think it's weird... frame yourself as a guy that is attracted to her and wants to see if there's more to her than meets the eye... there's nothing weird about that...

I'm just going to agree with Redlight here. There's absolutely no reason for you not to add her. But I still encourage you try talking to her in person. And by that, I don't mean trying to impress her. Just have one casual talk first, and then you will see it's nothing to be afraid of and you can bring out the heavy guns.

However, there's one thing that concerns me here. You say "this girl that you like", and yet it seems like you don't even know her. Which confuses the shit out of me because I can't see how you can like a person without knowing them first, but anyway, just talk to her. It doesn't really matter, even if you do it on fb, it's still better than if you don't do it at all. Go for it, bro.

In my opinion it would be best for you to get talking to her in real life. On FB there are 3 things you should know:

1. You can only give her a limited expression of yourself in comparison to a face-to-face interaction. It is much harder to build attraction because of this.

2. If you say the wrong thing or somehow end up not being interesting, entertaining or memorable enough, which is so easy to do over a text convo, you won't have any real rapport or reputation to fall back on, especially since you don't really know her at all.

3. She can just drop out of the convo and stop messaging you at any time. It's much harder to do that in real life, especially because it's more likely that you will build a real connection face-to-face, even when talking about the exact same things you would online.

^Agreed. Thanks, you made it explicit to OP why I considered talking face-to-face superior in the first place.
