So at my job it's the holiday season and we are hiring plenty of new people and this bunch has a lot more HB in it than any other since my time working at my current position. Question is, how do I approach them without coming off too strong? I dont want to make it weird cause we could be working together for awhile. Thanks fellas.

Hey dude, approach it subtly with the goal of easing the tension and making her laugh. If you can be her escape from work, which most people hate, she'll be all over you like pigs on shit. I'd go cocky/funny and try to set up a date as soon as possible. Work can get clicky so make sure you are friends with everyone so that you'll have a higher perceived value. That's what I've gathered from my experience. Goodluck.

What a load of utter fucking crap. Pigs on shit? Really? When you morons are chasing girls way out of your league and better looking than you? Gimme a break. She'll friend zone you before you make a fucking move.

Would asking her out right away not really be subtle though?

I happen to have been hired for the just the holiday season myself. I would approach them like you are just trying to meet them. Make them laugh, use some light negs, and make some connections. My job I have to go all around the building so I have the advantage of being around/working with everyone. Like mentioned above^ everyone is trying to find a distraction from their job, so it makes it easier to have a good laugh and meet some new people.

Sometimes I have to take out the trash and someone will throw something in right afterwards, I reply with," really? I just emptied that" or joke about something dorky a customer did. It's really easy just treat them as friends and make them feel welcome at first.

Later on when they're comfortable with you, you might see them on break with you (most success) or after hours on your way to your car where you can get more personal and play your game.
This is my second seasonal job and I feel like I have left a lot out. So feel free to ask specific questions. I had a lot of fun from my seasonal jobs.
