I recently encountered a sticking point which was how to talk to/build rapport with the males of groups. Ive been focusing so much on women that Ive forgotten how to just talk to normal guys (or maybe its because the guys Ive become accustomed to talking to are so far above "normal" guys haha, but obviously I'm not going to just approach normal guys and start talking business, intellectual topics, etc). So I dont know what to do when I know I should be engaging the males in a group. What techniques do you guys use? |

A good convo topic most men agree on is sports. Even if they don't like the team most men have seen the game or know bout it. If they say I don't like that team then u go ok well wats ur team bro? Then u start talkin bout that. All the sudden ur movin in the convo. Start dropping stories that make u sound awesome in there. Control the convo. Remember ur target is listening. Get to know how everyone knows eachother. For all u know it could b his sister. But if it is his girl it helps to have a female wing to pawn off to the amog so he won't notice u taken his girl. hell just by bein his friend if it is a friend only of his or his sister he may give u permission to hit it. Not normally but not unheard of either. |

I know that I've been there myself back in the days, but it seems weird to me that you think there is any difference at all. Talk to a man and get to know him just as you would with a woman. The only difference is that you keep sex out of the picture. Be just as interested in him as you are in her and her female friends. With other words, give everyone equal amounts of attention and don't focus on one person. Now you maybe think "of course there is a difference, I'm not attracted to dudes". If you do, it is just because you still need to work on your "attitude of abundance", "buyer's frame" or whatever you want to call it. The girl should be nothing special to you in the beginning, and you should put up some standards what you are looking for in a woman. It is her task to show you that she qualifies and meet your standards. You can push it by asking questions about her with an attitude like "who are you? are you good enough for me?". If she doesn't qualify, don't hesitate to move on to another girl. Check this out, especially number 11: http://www.traitsofthealphamale.com/77/ ... lpha-male/ |

just giving them attention and showing respect is a good place to start, remembering names, and finding commonalities, guys are usually pretty easy to talk to if you are giving also if you just met a girl at a bar with extra friends that will get in the way for you, you can go introduce them to random guys and usually they will appreciate that if they are single as long as you don't make it look like you are giving them charity, it's also infinitely easier to do this if you already have some rapport with the guy you are pawning the girl off to, even just knowing his name will make it much easier |

You can seriously talk unlimited topics with guys...Sports, girls, cars, nightlife, etc... I used to have this problem and it started putting me in awkward situations with many guys, but I quickly got over it when I stopped having pickup as my main focus in life. |
